In order to provide the highest levels of service possible to our
clients, Masterskills strictly adheres to a set of minimum
service standards (as detailed below.)
Our pledge to our clients is that they will receive a service second
to none in the I.T recruitment industry.
- Consultants will respond to any temporary vacancy within 1 working
hour of receipt.
- Consultants will respond to any permanent vacancy within 12
working hours of receipt
- Clients are guaranteed the following pre-submission checks have
taken place BEFORE they receive any CV for a vacancy:
- The candidate has been interviewed by the consultant.
- At least 2 references have been taken for the candidate.
- The candidate is able to travel to the place of work.
- The candidate will work for the remuneration offered.
- The candidate demonstrates the required experience / qualifications.
- Clients are assured of confidentiality. No confidential company
information will be passed on to the candidates or any other party,
unless specifically requested by the client.
- All client calls are logged in order that any member of staff
can instantly be of assistance to any enquiry.
- All candidates employed on a temporary basis will be required
to sign a legally binding contract, committing to complete the
full term of the assignment.
