In order to provide the highest levels of service possible to our clients, Masterskills strictly adheres to a set of minimum service standards (as detailed below.)

Our pledge to our clients is that they will receive a service second to none in the I.T recruitment industry.

  • Consultants will respond to any temporary vacancy within 1 working hour of receipt.
  • Consultants will respond to any permanent vacancy within 12 working hours of receipt
  • Clients are guaranteed the following pre-submission checks have taken place BEFORE they receive any CV for a vacancy:
    1. The candidate has been interviewed by the consultant.
    2. At least 2 references have been taken for the candidate.
    3. The candidate is able to travel to the place of work.
    4. The candidate will work for the remuneration offered.
    5. The candidate demonstrates the required experience / qualifications.
  • Clients are assured of confidentiality. No confidential company information will be passed on to the candidates or any other party, unless specifically requested by the client.
  • All client calls are logged in order that any member of staff can instantly be of assistance to any enquiry.
  • All candidates employed on a temporary basis will be required to sign a legally binding contract, committing to complete the full term of the assignment.
